How to Quit Smoking

Every year we make resolution to Quit Smoking,even though we practice it for quite few days and then again we start smoking.

Although we cannot quit smoking completely overnight,following are the ways where we can do it gradually.


Focus and think positive: Whenever u feel like smoking try to get something in your mouth like Bubblegum's ,Mouth-Freshener and anything with which you are comfortable.

Throw all smoking related things:Completely remove all the smoking related things like Ashtray and Lighter from your premises.

Reason for Smoking:Identify the reasons for smoking like what force you to smoke and try alternatives for those activities like yoga for exercises and so on.

Move with Non-Smoking people:Make friendship with the non-smokers.

Exercise:Exercise help you in relieving stress,it can be in any form like Gym for 30 minutes,Yoga,Cycling and Walking for 10-15 minutes is sufficient enough to yourself physically active.and reducing the urge to smoke.
