Australian Cricketer Philip Hughes died

Australian left hand batsman Philip Hughes died at the age of 25 after being hit by the bouncer on the left rear of the head two days ago.He attempted a pull on the Sean Abott bouncer during which the ball hit the rear side of his head.He was immediately rushed to the St Vincent hospital for treatment,initially the doctors performed multiple scans on his head and decided to perform surgery,but the surgery was a vain attempt.
Australian Cricket Board has paid tributes to the left hand batsman and asked the media to respect the privacy of their friends and family,many prominent Australian players has also extended their tribute and support to the Hughes family.Hughes was supposed to replace the Micheal Clarke for the first test match against India.

Philip Hughes in critical condition after being hit by bouncer

Australian Cricket player Philip Hughes is critically ill in hospital and is undergoing surgery after being hit by a bouncer.Hughes was rushed to the near-by hospital through ambulance after being hit by the bouncer from fast medium Sean Abott on the left-side of his head under the helmet.Doctors at St Vincent hospital  has decided to perform the surgery after conducting multipe scans to his head,they are unsure about the result of the surgery it may take 24-48 hours for the outcome of the surgery.
Hughes was batting at 63 when this incident took place,initially the team doctors have treated him in the ground till the ambulance arrived.Meanwhile Australian Cricket Board has released the statement on Hughes and expressed the solidarity towards Hughes and urge the media to respect the privacy of his family and friends.Philip Hughes was expected to replace Micheal Clarke against the first test-match with India,also the South Australia Cricket Association had wished for his speedy recovery and wish to see him in the right form on the pitch.
